So you've been given one of our gift vouchers and want to know how to use it?
Using our gift vouchers couldn't be simpler. First you need to decide what walk(s) you would like to book, or what pictures you would like to purchase. Once you have done that, just e-mail us with the details, quoting the voucher number. Once we have received the details, we will process your booking or picture order and e-mail you the booking or order confirmation details.
Please note that the voucher has an expiry date, and cannot be used after that date. For this reason, please make sure that you use the voucher before this date.
What if the cost of your booking or order is greater than the value of the voucher?
If the cost of your booking or picture order is greater than the value of your voucher, we will e-mail you a PayPal invoice for the balance. PayPal invoices can be paid via a PayPal account or, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay using a credit or debit card. We can also arrange for alternative payment methods if you do not want to pay via a PayPal invoice. Once we have received the balance of the cost of your booking or order, we will process it and send out the confirmation details via e-mail.
The value of my voucher is greater than the cost of my booking or order - what now?
If the value of your voucher is greater than the cost of your booking or picture order, we will hold the remaining value of the voucher as credit until the expiry date of the voucher. You can then contact us again, quoting the reference number of your voucher, to use the remaining balance as payment or part payment on another walk booking or picture order. Please make sure that you use the remaining balance before the expiry date of the voucher.
